Our onions were pulled from the ground a couple of weeks ago but we're not done with them yet! The tops of the onions, where they flower, are where the seeds live. We've waited for the tops of the onions to dry out so we could harvest the seeds for next season. 🔄

We welcome our elders to join us every fourth Wednesday of the month, 11:30am-1:30pm, through September for senior programming that centers physical movement, gardening, nutrition classes, community gathering, and more. 🥦 🎨
