2 steps forward, 3 steps back. My last case of the day I did not perform as well as I have been this week with a new preceptor that is known to be tough. Please tell me it gets better and they didn’t judge me from my poor performance today? @crnaprobs

Our anesthesiologist told me she can tell when a student has “got it” and will do well, and she said I’m going to do great! The first week of clinical had a ton of ups and downs, but it was a great learning experience! #SRNA

2/2 intubations!! I’m still stumbling like a baby learning to walk, but at least I made progress today! Anesthesia is so humbling!
