YODEL, This must be the most incompetent company I have ever had dealings with.
Day 1 fail to deliver, contact them but told unable to give delivery instructions.
Day 2 fail to deliver, contact them and they ask if I can give delivery instruction.

#DPD what a joke they are, I get a notification on a morning telling me who my delivery driver is, at this point I know if I will or won't get my parcel. Only one of their drivers can ever find me. Even worse they have my phone number but don't call me to find out ehere I live.
