I think academic qualifications are the least of our worries (I’m convinced I could get any 7/10 AB through BRNC) when these people are leaving in floods we really shouldn’t be restricting the inflow.

@matelotjonah So we have to assume that no OR2 is on £35K as a starting salary, but much closer to the £23K mark (which is still around a year down the line from joining).

Like you, I think we need to better the offer. How that happens is the challenge.
