Hi @qatarairways original complaint email sent to you on 27th August, X post on 13th September, and still no communication from anyone to help resolve. @UK_CAA@BBCNews@itvnews is it acceptable to fly on broken seats and be ignored for over a month?!
Again @qatarairways Your X reps have sent me round in circles and, despite having a complaint reference, Iโm no better off having publicly messaged on X than I was when I sent my initial private customer service email/complaint. Email correspondence and X responses are abysmal!
