We are a group who help the homeless around the Essex area including Chelmsford Colchester Clacton and surrounding areas we collect and distribute all donations

Chelmsford outreach this evening quite a busy night helped a lot of people @ChelmsLibDems or the council all the same thing are up to there old tricks removing people tents etc so we replaced this stuff not good in this weather least some of us care #homelesslivesmatter

The team were out doing outreach in Chelmsford&witham this evening manage to help a few homeless guys out with clothing toiletries and tents so a successful evening for the team 💕💕#homelesslivesmatter

A freezing night on outreach in Chelmsford this evening the whole team braved it to make sure the rough sleepers were taken care off we supplied all the clothing they need including sleeping bags and hot water bottles filled to keep the guys warm #homelesslivesmatter

The team were out in clacton last night very chilly as you can imagine we were able to help a lot of people with everything clothing toiletries sleeping bags etc also referred a lady to street link who seems to have been missed by agency’s god willing she will be of the streets

A very chilli night last night in Chelmsford mixed with the rain made it horrendous for our rough sleepers ourselfs and the other agency’s did our best to sort the rough sleepers out dry clothing hot snacks tea&coffee bless these poor souls #homelesslivesmatter
