Champaign: Work to replace two Interstate 74 bridges moves to its winter phase Oct. 9, which will reopen the Neil Street on-ramp to I-74 as well as the lane closures between Lincoln Avenue and Neil Street. Work will resume in April 2021. #ILtraffic
