I’d love to see an example of direct contact to the neck or head that’s happened within the last two years that didn’t result in a penalty.
Direct head or neck contact = foul play.
@RuckedOver@ZaynePaisley Whether there was arm wrap or whether he was legal, there was direct contact made to the back of the neck of the wallabies player. And I think it’s a penalty at any other point of the game.
