@AmericanAir update! We have been waiting for over 1 and a half hour inside this hot plane! We don’t even have a take off time yet. In the beginning was delayed for 3 hours and now we’re sitting at 4 and a half hours. When are they going to let us go to sit in the AC at least?

We’re inside flight AA1611 CTL going to Boston, this flight has been delayed for 3 hours, we just boarded and were told that is not going to take off for another 50 minutes. It’s very hot in this plane!
I thought AA had better service. This is ridiculous!!
