@JeffPassan What’s the definition of the strike zone? Where the catcher gloves it or where the ball crosses the plate? Looked like a strike crossing the dish.
@gavinmchughh The entire history of it until the NFL it was a catch until they “fixed” the catch rule in 2000 after the Bert Emanuel debacle. https://t.co/zK0R2v4cAg
@GeneSteratore Go back and watch old NFL clips before the rules for a catch changed. It was a better game. More catches and more fumbles because of that. More exciting. A “football move” is the worst thing to enter the parlance.
@TimCameron@MLB It was totally sick @TimCameron and @MLB. Then 2 years later, MLB ate crow and gave Atlanta the All-Star game it cravenly snatched away. So we got a WS, an All-Star game, and excellent voter registration, which is nice.
@austinabbott But did you remind your followers that Barry Sanders played 11 games and Jeanty played 13 games? That’s 8 quarters more. Against the Mountain West.
@TimCameron Thank you. I was confused by this as well. But mostly distracted by Eric's excellent mustache. Thought he was Josh Brolin from No Country for Old Men for a beat there.
@greg16676935420 Or Hunter. He has the same last name as Joe, is a convicted felon like Harris’s top competitor, and he restrained from taking cocaine when it was at the White House last year.
