Going from £20.99 to £36.99 is crazy
I would understand if it went to 29.99 and would consider staying but not for 36.99
Will you consider looking into this and reducing the price??

I called your customer service and was told there is no delay and 100% guaranteed me it would be delivered. My order was supposed to be with me by tomorrow but had no email to say shipped or money taken from my account. You’ve lost a loyal customer!!!
