Last week, a Grade 6 @RidgeviewDragon student initiative held an after school fundraiser to raise funds through sales of small hand made items for #Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal @redcrosscanada, generated almost $1000. Thank you for your leadership girls! #westvaned

I challenged @RidgeviewDragon Div. 3 Gr. 6 during our XC training as a collective group to complete a marathon in 12 mins. Collecting Popsicle sticks our 1st attempt = 29km around a 200m track. Our training & final attempt today = 42.1km! We did it! Pizza party time! #westvaned
