This isn't AI generated. But why are so many people getting an "ai generated feeling" from it? It's a series of small things. The items below aren't evidence of shenanigans, but rather minor hiccups that create that sense for some viewers.

The exterior front door shot has a wide street with traffic. Interior front door shot has a narrow street with no traffic. Doors have hinges on both sides and pull handles on both sides and simply do not look like exterior school doors. Also, doors that swing both ways have push plates, not pull handles. It's very odd.

Lockers in first shot have vents on top and bottom. Lockers in second shot have vents only on the bottom. Third shot, lockers look like the first shot. This is intentional and took work to do. But it replicates something that comes up a lot in AI generated media, unfortunately.

In the bathroom, her hands are higher than the hands in reflection in the mirror. Subtle but off-putting.

When she destroys the tower, the glowing damage line is irregular and jagged. The immediate breakage is smooth and simple. The distance shot shows the same breakage but now it jagged and detailed.

Lastly, and this is very intentional on the part of the film-makers. Most of the cuts in the trailer have a very simple composition, with the subject very much centered in the frame.

These are simply inconstancies, intentional decisions, early shots, nitpicks etc. Things like this can be found in most movies. We're no strangers to continuity errors.
