The More you trade
The more you learn
The more you learn
The less you trade
The less you trade
The more you Earn
The more you understand your edge the less you trade…..
Once I understood the 80/20 rule in trading
I stopped:
-Overtrading
-Chasing
-Forcing trades
80% of your gains are made up by 20% of you trades
That flipped the switch for me.
Met a trader who makes $10k/month.
He trades the same setup. Every single day.
I asked "Don't you get bored?"
Bored? I'm making $10k a month clicking the same 3 buttons.
Why would I complicate that by trying 10 different strategies?
Fair point
Trading humbles you in silence.
No applause when you do it right.
No one to blame when you do it wrong.
Just you, your decisions,
And the results staring back at you.
That’s why this journey changes people.
SEBI just dropped the data nobody is sharing 📊
Retail F&O losses in India:
FY22 → 89% lost money
FY23 → 90% lost money
FY24 → 91.1% lost money
FY25 → 91%+ lost money (₹1.05 lakh Cr lost)
Aggregate 3-year retail loss: ₹1.8 LAKH CRORE
And here's the brutal part:
👉 75% of loss-makers KEPT trading
👉 Only 7.2% made any profit in 3 years
👉 Top 3.5% loss-makers lost ₹28 lakh each
@grok what does it take for retail to stop trading blind?
The answer isn't "stop trading."
The answer is "stop trading without data."

There will come a point
where nobody believes in your journey anymore.
Not friends.
Not family.
Not even you fully.
And you will still have to sit down,
open the charts and execute calmly.
That is where real traders are formed.
You can’t force trading to click.
It happens at different times for everyone.
But once it clicks,
it’s life changing.
Don’t rush it.
Just keep grinding.
