@misumuzi_4 Commission has deadline. They are likely to move for an urgent application to compel discovery & appearance. CCTV footage might assist commission to get an Order that he be examined by Commission's doctor/s. I doubt his lawyers would be reckless enough to want things get there.

@Abramjee @pule_jones I applaud the Commission's view on scrutinizing medical certificates. Now, if this CCTV footage issue is true, the Commission must scrutinize the possibility, if any, that Carrim's lawyers might have known about this and then make proper recommendations to the LPC. Simple.
