I miss the old Conservative Party. Whatever we have in Canada today isn't it.
It feels like we've traded principles and thoughtful debate for division and political theatre.
If the @CPC_HQ wants to win again, it needs to remember that Canada is not the United States.
It's not racism, it's culturalism
A culture that aims to overpower all other cultures cannot claim to be 'victimised' if people object
If this aggressive culture soft-pedalled the beheading threats, people might be less alarmed by it
Welcome back to Canada, President @BarackObama.
Thank you for joining us in Toronto for important conversations on how we can build a better and more just future — and empower more people to build with us.
Canada and Europe are united in our values of pluralism, the rule of law, and democracy. On Europe Day, we’re building on that foundation to forge new strategic partnerships, deepen our trade, and stand steadfast with Ukraine.
In a more uncertain world, Canada and Europe are creating greater certainty, security, and prosperity on both sides of the Atlantic.
Thanks to Mayor Kutcher, Council and staff in putting together a
first-ever joint roundtable discussions on issues effecting our two communities. We’re better together than divided. Thank you and Happy Easter!
I’m so tired of the Conservative Party and the constant lies, outrage, and unserious politics. They offer slogans instead of solutions, and too many supporters are so blinded by their hatred of anything Liberal they’ll vote against their own interests just to own the other side
A wild rescue. 🥹❤️ This Saskatchewan tow truck driver helped a young moose that was stuck in an area of frozen runoff after wild, wintry weather whipped across the Prairies last week.

Today’s Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities - so long as they do it under the guise of “partisanship” rather than explicit “racial bias.” And it serves as just one more example of how a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach.
The good news is that such setbacks can be overcome. But that will only happen if citizens across the country who cherish our democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers - not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level.
Feels like Pierre Poilievre has upped the nonstop anti-Liberal tweets. Opposition critique is normal, but when it’s all negativity with no substance, over and over, it comes off as desperate and kind of sad.
She found him alone, abandoned, and unsure if anyone would care 💔 But when she reached out to rescue him, his reaction said it all… With the softest, most emotional thank you, he showed her how much love he still had to give 💛
I think that the US withdrawing from NATO is a good idea while the US is governed by a Russian agent
Later, when the US is run again by a government not beholden to Russia, they may want to rejoin NATO and at that point I'm sure they will be welcome
