@BosCardHunter here is a tin foil hat PSA theory for you. PSA is shutting down value, but GameStop has not halted submissions and has not extended their return times publicly. They actual still list the 75-business day turnaround. Is this the big brain play to juice GameStop enough to build up enough funds to buy Ebay. Wild I know, but PSA and GameStop are in each others pockets and if GameStop is the sole place to submit bulk level or basically anything cheap to PSA their Revenue will go up an insane amount that I can't even fathom.
