National Working Committee Resolution No. 3

The National Working Committee of the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) believes that the amendments to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) are contrary to the spirit and values of the Constitution of India. Numerous religious, educational, healthcare, and charitable institutions established by minority communities have been serving the public for decades with the support of foreign donors and philanthropists. The beneficiaries of these institutions include people of all religions, castes, and genders without discrimination.

Articles 25, 26, 27, and 28 of the Constitution of India guarantee the fundamental right to freedom of religion. The National Working Committee is of the view that the FCRA amendments impose disproportionate restrictions that adversely affect the functioning of minority-run charitable and educational institutions and undermine their ability to serve society.

Therefore, the National Working Committee of the Social Democratic Party of India resolves that the FCRA Amendment Act should be repealed immediately and that the Government of India should ensure a regulatory framework that protects transparency while safeguarding the constitutional rights and legitimate activities of charitable and religious institutions.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಮನೆಮನೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

1. NASA ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಮೊದಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ - ಅವರ "ಪಿಕ್ಸೆಲ್" ಕಂಪನಿ ಈ ಗೌರವಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ.
2. 900 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ "ಮೇಡ್ ಇನ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ" ಸ್ಯಾಟಲೈಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಹ್ಯಾಕಾಶಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
3. SpaceX ಮೂಲಕ ಉಡಾವಣೆ - ಆಲ್ದೂರಿನಿಂದ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಬಾಹ್ಯಾಕಾಶದವರೆಗೆ ಅವರ ಕನಸಿನ ಪಯಣ.

ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಊರಿನ ಹುಡುಗ, ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕನಸು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಇಂದು ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕಡೆ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಇದು ಕೇವಲ #ಅವೈಸ್ ರವರ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸಾಧನೆಯಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸಾಧನೆ. ಭಾರತದ ಸಾಧನೆ. ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿಯ ಚಿಲುಮೆ.

#ಅವೈಸ್ ರವರು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ - ಸರಿಯಾದ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರಮ ಇದ್ದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಊರಿನಿಂದಲೂ ನಾವು ನಾಸಾವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಬಹುದು.

Abais Ahmed, a young entrepreneur from Aldur in Chikkamagaluru district the coffee land of Karnataka has made history in the global space sector.

Achievements at the age of 28:
1. First Indian private company to secure a NASA contract – His company "Pixxel" has earned this distinction.
2. Through a startup that has raised over ₹900 crore in funding, he is launching "Made in India" satellites into space.
3. Launch via SpaceX – His dream journey from Aldur all the way to outer space.

A boy from a small town with big dreams. Through education, hard work, and patriotism, he has made the whole world take notice today.

This is not just Abais’s personal achievement. This is Karnataka’s achievement. This is India’s achievement. It is especially a source of inspiration for youth from minority communities.

Abais has proven that — with the right opportunity and hard work, we too can reach NASA from our own hometown.

ಕರೋಶಿ, ಜುಲೈ 5: ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕರೋಶಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ವಿಶೇಷ ತೀವ್ರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ (SIR) ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕುರಿತು ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೂ, BLO ಗಳಿಗೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ನಾನು, SIR ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಸರಿಯಾದ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅನೇಕ ಅರ್ಹ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮತದಾನದ ಹಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದೆ. ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಯಾರೂ ಹೊರಗುಳಿಯದಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಜಾಗರೂಕರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ PPT (Presentation) ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ SIR ಎನ್ಯೂಮರೇಷನ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ಗಳ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಭರ್ತಿ ವಿಧಾನ, ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ, ‘Logical Discrepancy’ ಗುರುತಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. BLO ಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗುವ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಮನೆಮನೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು, ಡೇಟಾ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾರೂ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗುಳಿಯದಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ಭಾರತದಂತಹ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಕ್ಷರಸ್ಥರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ನಾಯಕರು SIR ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಅರ್ಹ ಮತದಾರರ ಹಕ್ಕು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

ಈ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಮೌಝಮ್ ಜಾ ಮುಲ್ಲಾನಿ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಜಾಕೀರ್ ನಾಯಕ್ವಾಡಿ, ಚಿಕ್ಕೋಡಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ತಬ್ರೇಜ್ ಶೇಖ್, ಕರೋಶಿ ಜಾಮಿಯಾ ಮಸೀದಿ ಧರ್ಮಗುರುಗಳು, ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ ನೂರಾರು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.

Clarification on SIR Process: Training Workshop Held in Karoshi to Address BLO Confusion

Karoshi, July 5: A training and awareness workshop was organized in Karoshi, Belagavi district, to create public awareness about the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process of the electoral roll and to address the confusion faced by Booth Level Officers (BLOs).

Speaking as the chief guest at the program, I cautioned that without proper understanding of the SIR process, many eligible citizens may be deprived of their right to vote. I urged everyone to remain vigilant to ensure that no one is excluded from the voters’ list.

During the workshop, the entire SIR enumeration process was explained in a simple manner using a PPT (presentation). Various technical aspects, including the correct method of filling forms, preparation of required documents, and identification of “logical discrepancies,” were clearly explained. Practical issues faced by BLOs and party workers were also addressed with appropriate solutions.

Additionally, guidance was provided on methods of assisting people through door-to-door visits, precautions to be taken during data collection, and measures to ensure that no eligible voter is left out of the electoral roll.

Considering that the rate of illiteracy is still relatively high in a country like India, I emphasized that creating comprehensive awareness about technical processes is extremely important.

Leaders present at the event also stressed that raising awareness about the SIR process is essential and that safeguarding the voting rights of every eligible citizen is a collective responsibility.

The workshop was presided over by District President Mouzam Ja Mullani.

District Secretary Zakir Nayakvadi, Chikkodi Assembly Constituency Committee President Tabrez Shaikh, religious leaders of Karoshi Jamia Masjid, management committee members, office bearers of various organizations, party workers, and hundreds of members of the public participated and made the program a success.

The Bombay High Court's decision to quash the Maharashtra Government's externment order against SDPI Maharashtra State General Secretary Saeed Ahmad Abdul Wahid Chaudhari is a historic victory for the Constitution and democratic rights. The arbitrary order sought to ban him from entering Mumbai for one year merely because of his active role in democratic protests on vital public issues, including the anti-CAA movement and the Gyanvapi Masjid issue.

The Court unequivocally held that peaceful protests and raising slogans against government policies are protected under Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution. Justice Madhav Jamdar's observation that citizens are not "slaves of the Government of India" and that police officers are public servants, not servants of the Prime Minister or the Chief Minister, is a powerful reminder to those misusing state power.

We welcome this landmark judgment and demand an end to the harassment of political activists exercising their constitutional right to dissent. #SDPI

ನಿಷ್ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಜನ್ ರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಅಮಾನತು ಮಾಡಿ.
ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆದರೆ ಸತ್ಯ ಹೊರಬರಲ್ಲ, ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ನಾಶವಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ.

ಲೋಪ ಆಗಿರುವುದು ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗಿನವರೆಗೆ. DS ರನ್ನೇ ಅಮಾನತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟು ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವೈಫಲ್ಯ, ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಬಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸ್ಫೋಟ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಿವಿ, ಮೂಗು, ಗಂಟಲು ವಿಭಾಗದ ಅವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನೇರ ಹೊಣೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಜನ್ ಅವರದ್ದು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಮಾನತು ಮಾಡಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕೆಳ ಹಂತದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಮೇಲಿನವರವರೆಗಿನ ಲೋಪ ಹೊರಬರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ.

Although the Court has clarified that deletion from electoral rolls does not amount to cancellation of citizenship, recent political developments have deepened public anxiety over the possible misuse of such exercises. Public statements by West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari advocating a “detect, delete and deport” policy, along with similar remarks by BJP leaders including Nitin Nabin and Union Home Minister Amit Shah regarding alleged infiltrators, reinforce fears that large scale voter verification exercises may gradually become tools of suspicion, targeting and exclusion. The SDPI respectfully urges the judiciary to remain vigilant in safeguarding constitutional rights and ensuring that no citizen is deprived of democratic participation through arbitrary or politically motivated processes.
