I don't have a team.
I have 4 AI tools that work while I sleep.
Claude Code builds my apps. Claude Cowork thinks through problems with me. NotebookLM turns research into something I can actually absorb. OpenClaw runs my operations in the background 24/7.
A year ago this would have cost me ,000/month in salaries.
Today it costs me less than my phone bill.
This is the actual stack. No sponsors, no affiliate links.
Follow if you want the breakdown on each one.

R.I.P. paying $500/month for a virtual assistant.
I set up an AI agent system called OpenClaw.
It checks my emails, organizes my research, drafts my content, and manages tasks across my projects.
It runs 24/7. It never calls in sick. It costs me about $30/month.
I'm not saying this to flex. I'm saying this because most people don't know this exists yet.
I'll be sharing the full setup soon. Follow so you see it when I do.
I fed an entire 200-page business book into NotebookLM.
It turned the book into a 15-minute podcast episode. Two AI hosts breaking it down, debating the ideas, making it actually fun to listen to.
I absorbed more from that 15-minute podcast than I did reading the actual book.
This tool is free. From Google. And almost nobody is talking about it.
I post tools like this every week. Follow if you want the next one.
I work a corporate 9-5 in LA.
I've tried dropshipping. Physical products. Ebooks. Faceless YouTube channels.
Made some money here and there. Never enough to leave.
AI changed that for me in 6 weeks.
I'm building to $20k/mo in passive income using AI tools. Starting from zero. In public.
No guru stuff. Just a dad figuring it out.
Follow along if you want the real version.
Most people are using AI to write emails faster.
I'm using it to build an entire business while working a full-time job.
Same tools. Different ambition.
I'm documenting every step. Follow if you're building too.
Appreciate the honesty Umair! I’m currently doing most of my work across Claude Code and Openclaw. With openclaw im running a multi tiered model to save on token costs: Gemini Flash 3, Sonnet 4.6, Kimi 2.5 and Opus 4.6 as a fallback. Also a huge honorable mention to Notebook LM which has really surprised me with how creatively powerful it is. As a mostly non technical founder…I feel AI is and has changed everything for me across the startup landscape! Will continue to share my pipeline as it develops
4 AI tools I'm actually using to build a $20k/mo income stream.
Not theory. This is my real daily stack:
1. Claude Code: I build apps now. I can't code. Think about that.
2. Claude Cowork: thinks through problems with me like a business partner
3. NotebookLM: turns any research into a podcast I can listen to while commuting
4. OpenClaw: my AI agent that works while I sleep
The barrier to entry just disappeared.
I'm sharing everything I learn with these tools. Hit follow if you want the breakdowns.
I am so fed up of this team. I’m pissed off today. All the money spent and all the practice and training over the last 5 years to get to “the season” and we still can’t go up to and Anfield win. Even when they’re playing shit. Why do we always look timid when we go up there? Why do we always fail to produce there? We couldn’t even score a damn goal or try and be dangerous.
I could care less about the starting lineup, because even with merino there, we SHOULD be able to at least be dangerous and create clear chances and clear shots.
Time and time again this happens.
So bored of it.
@JacobsBen@grok now Arsenal are keeping Trossard and also have Martinelli and Madueke, what is the probability that they will enter the market for a left winger such as Rodrygo? And what are the chances that keeping Trossard will mean they’ll be open to offers for Martinelli?
