This suspicious numberless van was reportedly spotted on Thursday in Kiambu and again yesterday near Nderi Primary School. According to reports from the area, the occupants wearing hooded masks allegedly attempted to forcibly pick up two Fairlawn Primary School children at around 6AM on Thursday. The children raised an alarm, forcing the van to speed away.
Yesterday, a concerned resident managed to capture a photo of the van and its driver.
Parents are urged to remain extra vigilant, escort young children where possible and immediately report any suspicious activity to the nearest police station. Please share widely to help keep our children safe. And if you see these kidnappers... matchbox is 3bob..
Whoever did this to Mutunga should know it was very wrong. They should be ashamed of themselves.
After finishing his degree at Kenyatta University, Mutunga stayed jobless for almost ten years. But he did not turn to crime. Instead, he chose to work honestly by selling smokies and eggs.
Hoping to make a few sales from the crowd during the protests — especially since his trolley doesn’t even use fuel — he brought out his goods. Tragically, the very same people vandalized his trolley and stole all his stock.
It is very sad to see someone working hard and honestly being treated like this.
