🌟LBBAP optimized CRT (LOT-CRT = LBBAP + LV lead) C/W standard BiVP in pts w LBBB or nonspecific IVCD.
🌟 Rationale - both CS pacing & attempted LBBAP can result in sub-optimal QRS morphology.
⭐️At 6 months, LOT-CRT produced a 16% ↑ in LVEF and 43% ↓ in LVESV vs 6% ↑ and 21% ↓ with BVP (p < 0.01).
