@CheQSupport I had made a credit card payment using Cheq on 05-Mar and received a message today from my bank that they have reversed the payment to the original source of payment (your account).

@VOXI_UK my port-in wa supposed to be completed 5 days back and it has still not been done yet. My old number is without signal and everytime I contact your support team, I am asked to wait for X hours (which differs on the mood of the associate).

@abhishek_kandoi @Airbnb Yeah, apparently cleaning fee how Airbnb describes it, is just to get the property ready for the next guest - basic things like laundry, toiletries, vaccum.
I haven't had pleasant experiences with Airbnb in last few years, so switched to Booking and am liking the switch.
