I don’t understand how I’m expected to pay for a place that has feces water leaking all over the bathroom and hallway!

@airbnb I have booked a spot in Granada. Around 1am I noticed the shower was leaking out this dirty water(looks like feces) from the drain the shower and bathroom doesn’t have a door so it leaked all the way to the hallway. This is Airbnb support response
