Zerodha might be no one broker but you have very poor customer services. Your agents are very casual and it takes lot of efforts to talk with them. I already have commodity account and i raised request for opening equity account.

As per instructions from your agent I couriered the documents, and after two weeks no response on account activation. When i followed up multiple times they are asking for more documents offline. This is just waste of time n it seems zerodha dont respect customers n need customer

Worst experience in contacting zerodha customer services, all executives are busy on all lines even after waiting whole days. I have raised the ticket with I'd #20200811235490 after trying to contact 2 consecutive days and now need immediate interventions plz.
