The Maldives – China partnership continues to open new horizons under the leadership of H.E. President Dr. @MMuizzu. Today’s China–Maldives Investment Cooperation Forum builds on discussions between our two leaders and the establishment of our Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership, translating shared ambitions into practical economic cooperation.
I extend my sincere appreciation to H.E. Ambassador Kong Xianhua,@China_Amb_Mdv, and the Embassy of China for their continued engagement and valuable support in advancing this partnership.
Our focus is on turning these opportunities into investment, technology transfer, skills development, and stronger partnerships for Maldivian businesses.
By connecting China’s technological capabilities with the Maldives’ development priorities under Vision 2040, we aim to create jobs, strengthen local enterprises, and deliver sustainable, lasting benefits for the Maldivian people.
