Today was a fun day for me, my brother had birthday today, it feels good to celebrate with your loved ones.

Business was ok through the day, got some sales from new product.

We want to probably see how’s the second brand doing till Sunday.

Switched main sku to cost caps just duplicated all ads to new campaign 1 ad set

Used last 7 days cpa it was 55$ i put at 50$ at $500 budget for now and will see will increase little by little its at 51$ rn will monitor tomorrow it did get few sales

Also met @wassajonathan1 today we went to play some bowling we ate some thai food we side quested ikea lol got his bro some ice cream he had birthday

He did some approaches i had hard time couldn’t do it i was in like non social mood and it was hard for me to even speak its all in the head i just felt not social to even open my mouth i had a lot of mood swings today and i notice how it affects everything emotionally

We went to skatepark too i ollied a curve some dude helped me and i fell on my hand and knee now i got war marks 🏂

Yesterday was going a little off on main brand, we learned from top spender.

Now we know how to iterate on it try some new ways with same concept

Went on a date yesterday was ok too.

Now going to my partner, hopefully we are going to work on it today.

feeling a bit stressed today i woke up at like 4 pm and day went by fast so many texts and messages i hate that shit it stresses me out the customer support whatsapp fucking bombing my phone im finna delete it and let them reach by email if they want support shit annoying

anyways over the two stores today profit is ok the main brand did good and 2nd brand 0 sales which is kinda bad also this doesn't include the cost we paying for each VA is about another 50-60$ a day we got 2 rn

well anyways rn just keep going till something hits

we did feedback loop on spend winner we had it was dead for first 7 days and then after that it started being spend winner and kpi too

it scaled us to our top and then died in matter of days which is sad to see so we can just iterate on it i know iterations will scale it

So today went ok, few sales from new product which is good start.

First one is little bit off, didn’t had sales today.

And second got little bit of sales too, so all good for now.

We need to learn from our past top spender ad so we can iterate on it.

Anyways new sku got few sales its doing good if tomorrow its also good i will bump the campaign by 20%

Im sure we can crush that concept in so many ways its absolutely amazing the idea and maybe changing the avatar and doing different awareness stages and stories may make it work

Maybe even making it for the new sku could work cause it got same ump 🤷‍♂️

Today was going ok I guess, we still profitable, but it seem to go down, turned off our top spender, and we need to learn from it.

Checked with our VAs, upload 5 videos from them.

We made 10 more videos, for our new brand today, lunching tomorrow.

an ad from over 10 days ago that I ideated is top spending right now i would like to understand how it make sense lol it wasn't getting sales for over a week and honestly i would turn it off on day 7 if i wasn't biased that it must work cause I ideated it 😂

the ad it self is funny its about a situation that was in the news a year ago i just took advantage of the publicity it made and taking authority from it and its cooking

i duplicated it into a scaling ABO campaign to give it spend by it self and see if it can go higher

@wassajonathan1 making some BOF native ads we gonna test we need to start converting the lower funnel even better i might run some autistic sale like in the past like we closing and all that bullshit letters type bof statics

Q4 is here we closed the month of august total of 15k revenue very proud of it but also very fired up to go higher

@wassajonathan1 made few ads today will make tomorrow more and at this point how i see this specifically going is we getting a team to upload new concepts for us and building like internal SOP system for iterations that would be my goal honestly

We don’t lack knowledge at this point ofc we can learn more and more but at this point its just execution

i went to gym today with friend he pushed me a bit i semi approached one girl i didn't close her or anything just gave value without anything back i will see her again for sure

went out with my brother and his friend i needed to approach more i did only one more i wasn't in same state like i was back in the day so it was harder for me to approach have to compliment a lot more people to get in the state so its easier to approach anyways business wise

we planning on making another brand now soon @wassajonathan1 got one of his uncle to make ads on our current one we making him SOP what we did so he can keep doing it ofc we will be making for it as well he just ripping and translating its easy

we gonna try and make a few brands like this so we can have enough cash flow so we can go back to the US for now we did pretty good for this month really high profit margin finally we have more cashflow and making money which we haven't since march made a lot like we were for sure broke af so its nice to finally have some to live from and reinvest back in biz

profits are nice we trying to systemize this a bit to make another brand same way so we get cash flowing and we will be able to really put real work in the US brand to actually scale to the 100k days thats the goal

First day of my challenge today sales were good at the morning but no sales for rest of the day which was weird

I went to gym
Then i came back said hello to a friend and i tried to speak to few girls from my car it was crazy they just blew me away 😭

then around 6 pm went out again and got back at 11 pm ish

I was able to approach to only 1 girl by my own i walked 13 km today and i was only able to approach one girl all that time i feel so gay it was definitely stressful for my mentality and i now need to look at a dot in the wall for 20 minutes

I haven’t had time to work much today due to this challenge i need a good rest and finish my approaches i need to do 8 tomorrow another day i am gonna get out of my comfort zone and do something that fears me alone i legit ran out of gas else i would still be outside everything is closed and its night no people
