@RangeRover I filed a formal complaint with @LandRover Middle East. Their answer: Mana Automotive is an "independently owned retailer" that "applies its own internal business policies," and JLR won't intervene. So the brand is fine letting its own dealer turn away LR owners

@RangeRover Their reason: not bought through them. In my view, that's not a service policy — it's gatekeeping to protect their pricing and push buyers away from cheaper import options. If true, that's a monopoly problem hurting Range Rover owners across Lebanon, not just me.

@RangeRover Bought a genuine 2025 Range Rover Sport from an authorized dealer in Germany, April 2025. Paid full customs & taxes in Germany and again in Lebanon. Very minor repair request on July 5-26 — Mana Automotive refused to even accept the car for repair.
