It’s hard not to get philosophical about trading
You spend 1000s of hours studying patterns, probabilities, and price - but eventually, you realize the real battle isn’t on the screen. It’s internal. Trading has a way of exposing every flaw in your psychology: your ego, your fear, your need to be right. Some days you feel like a genius, other days like a complete imposter. And yet through all the range of emotions, you keep showing up.
Because beneath the charts and the tickers, trading becomes a mirror. It shows you who you really are under pressure, what you truly value, how you respond to chaos, whether you can stay centered when *nothing* is certain. It teaches you patience, humility, discipline. Or it punishes you until you learn.
You think it’s about money, until you realize it’s about mastery. And mastery is always a spiritual journey in disguise.
