@wahorrorcon October 23-25, 2027 | Puyallup, WA

[WA State Horror Con @wahorrorcon]

She’s survived walkers, Negan, a New York apocalypse, and now she is ready to take on Puyallup. We are honored to be the hosts for her first convention appearance in the Pacific Northwest in well over a decade. Please welcome Lauren Cohan to the 2026 Washington State Horror Con from October 23rd through the 25th.

Lauren Cohan is best known for playing Maggie Greene (later Maggie Rhee) on AMC’s The Walking Dead. She first appeared in season two in 2011, became a series regular in season three, and remained a core cast member through the original series’ end in 2022. She continues the role in the spinoff The Walking Dead: Dead City, where she also serves as an executive producer and directed an episode of season two.

Before joining The Walking Dead, Cohan played Bela Talbot in season three of Supernatural and Rose on The Vampire Diaries. She had a recurring role as Vivian Volkoff on Chuck and later starred as Francesca “Frankie” Trowbridge in ABC’s Whiskey Cavalier (2019).

Her film work includes the lead in the 2016 horror film The Boy, a cameo as Martha Wayne in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Leila Steinberg in All Eyez on Me, and Alice Kerr in Mile 22. She has also done voice work on Invincible and Twilight of the Gods, and appeared in the 2025 independent film When I’m Ready.

Meet Lauren Cohan on Saturday and early Sunday at the Washington State Horror Con from October 23rd through the 25th. She will be signing autographs, taking photos, and speaking on a panel at the show. Tickets for the Washington State Horror Con are on sale now at: https://t.co/Qnz7K85Gu7

Rewind Washington returns in 2027 and we’re packing up the mixtapes, the Saturday-morning cartoons, the faded concert tees, and heading to a new venue for 2027: the Clark County Event Center in Ridgefield, just north of Vancouver, WA - March 13-14, 2027

[rewindwashington @rewindwa]

Rewind Washington returns in 2027 and we’re packing up the mixtapes, the Saturday-morning cartoons, the faded concert tees, and heading to a new venue for 2027: the Clark County Event Center in Ridgefield, just north of Vancouver, WA.

Mark your calendars now for March 13-14, 2027. If you were with us in Puyallup, you already know what this weekend feels like. It isn’t just a convention. It’s a retro family reunion. We’re keeping that feeling. This is a weekend for the people who still know what “Be Kind, Rewind” means. An special event for people that know the middle initial of Alex Keaton, and for anyone who ever sat too close to the tv screen.

The plan was always to move Rewind Washington across the state, and Clark County is set for Year 2. The Clark County Event Center gives us plenty of room to stretch and share an amazing event with more people across Washington. We love this facility as it houses our Washington State Toy Show twice a year already.

Rewind Washington has always been Summer Con’s love letter to the decades that raised us across television, movies, music, and sports. Meeting celebrity guests at their tables, getting autographs, and taking selfies that will become lock-screen photos. The panels turn into aging group therapy with friends.

The show floor will be filled with vendors selling the merch you didn’t know you still needed. The artist alley will be filled with artisans and creators and attendees reminiscing Rewind Washington will feature retro gaming.

A new venue means a few practical things will shift and the little logistics that make a weekend run smoothly will still need to be ironed out as we get closer. For now, the headline is simple: Rewind Washington 2027 is headed to the spacious Clark County Event Center - March 13-14, 2027.

Start planning the road trip. Split a hotel with a buddy. Get ready for the surprises and guest announcements that will begin in October. Vendor and Artist Applications are open now. Admission Tickets will go on Sale in December. Let’s Rewind it again.

Vendor and Panel Spotlight:
We are thrilled to welcome an Executive Producer of the hit series, THE BOYS, Ken F. Levin to Summer Con this weekend. Ken will be at the First Comic and Games booth at the show (#1513) to meet and talk with his fans. Ken will also be featured at a special THE BOYS panel on Saturday at the Gold Stage at 6pm.

How does a comic become a movie, who are deals made... what is the inside of making movies... well if you have ever wondered this, then now you can ask...
Ken F. Levin is one of the most accomplished independent genre producers and entertainment entrepreneurs in the industry. A writer, publisher, and Emmy-nominated film and television producer, Ken co-founded the legendary First Comics, one of the pioneering independent comic publishers that helped reshape the industry during an era dominated by Marvel and DC. Today, it remains the longest-running independent comics publisher still in operation.
Throughout his remarkable career, Ken has worked alongside some of Hollywood's biggest names, including Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, and Guillermo del Toro, and played a key role in bringing acclaimed projects to life, including the Academy Award-winning film Road to Perdition.

Television fans know Ken as the executive producer behind a string of critically acclaimed series, including Quarry and Preacher. Most notably, Ken was the producer and dealmaker who helped bring The Boys to television—assembling the team, bringing showrunner Eric Kripke aboard, and securing the deal that launched one of the most successful genre franchises of the modern era.

His work on the franchise continues with The Boys Presents: Diabolical, Gen V, and the highly anticipated Vought Rising, starring Jensen Ackles and Aya Cash.

This final announcement is pretty WICKED and defying gravity on her way to Puyallup. Please welcome to her 2nd show ever, Jessica Vosk, to the Washington State Summer Con in Puyallup from June 19th through the 21st.

Jessica Vosk has newly created the character of Lute, in the highly anticipated animated series HAZBIN HOTEL, debuting on Amazon Prime at #2 globally.

She is currently developing the role of ‘Cee Cee’ in the musical adaptation of BEACHES, which just had its international premiere. She will next be seen returning to the MUNY in WAITRESS after starring in CHESS and JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT. She was previously seen in the Atlantic Theatre’s production of BEDWETTER, based on the best-selling memoir by Sarah Silverman.

She’s played the famed Carnegie Hall twice in one season, with Get Happy: A Judy Garland Centennial Celebration, after her sold-out solo concert debut there in 2021. Jessica is an accomplished concert artist, having completed her first 20-city solo concert tour last year.

Favorite roles of note: The Narrator in the 50th anniversary of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Lincoln Center, creating the role of Aunt Val in the Broadway-bound world premiere of Becoming Nancy; Re-creating the role of Fruma Sarah in Fiddler on the Roof revival;

Notably, Vosk had an acclaimed run as as Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway, including the 15th anniversary production. Other Broadway credits include Finding Neverland and The Bridges of Madison County. Vosk’s two albums, Wild and Free and A Very Coco Christmas, debuted on the Billboard and iTunes Charts; she also has a Grammy nod for her worth with the San Francisco Symphony.

Meet Jessica Vosk all weekend at the Washington State Summer Con. She will be signing autographs, taking photos, and speaking on a special can't miss panel at the show. Tickets for the Washington State Summer Con are on sale now! https://t.co/WzdAECkDWX

Hopefully, this is the last time we see this graphic. This is a photo op mess, but trust that we are currently fixing it.

We lost three guests due to filming production. Diane Guerrero is stuck filming a current project and cannot leave the set to join us. Famke Janssen had to leave another convention yesterday and for filming. She will be filming Friday evening and into Saturday cancelling her appearance as well.

Both of their individual photo ops are currently being refunded by Yapsody. If you had Orange is the New Black trios or Family Madrigal trios, a portion of those photo ops will be refunded this evening as it was too late to replace her spot in the trios. The Jean Grey x2 photos are being refunded tonight as well.

Finally, Patina Miller was extended on her project also and would have to fly from the east coast early Sunday morning and be with us for only a few hours. We all decided to postpone her appearance until her schedule freed up. All of her solo photo ops and the Madam Secretary duos are being refunded by Yapsody shortly.

But all is not lost for the Hazbins. We made some feverously calls and have a wonderful surprise to announce at 9pm. All is not lost, and we are not afraid. :)

Get ready for an unforgettable night of raw and unfiltered storytelling as Kevin Smith: The Director’s Cut – After Hours Edition takes over the Showplex stage on Saturday, June 20th at 7:30pm.

After the show floor closes at 7:00pm, this late-night panel is your chance to hang with the legendary filmmaker, podcaster, and pop-culture icon in full after-hours mode. Expect Kevin to dive deep into his View Askewniverse, share stories from the set of Clerks, Mallrats, and beyond, and deliver the kind of candid conversation that only happens after the show and the regular crowd heads home. It’s the director’s cut you’ve always wanted—funny, honest, and probably a little filthy.

We will start with some opening remarks by the Honorary Mayor of Puyallup, Ming Chen. The event is completely free and open to everyone with a Saturday badge, but because of the adult subject matter and language, we strongly recommend it for audiences 18 and up. This event is festival seating on the new turf surrounding the stage and nearby beer garden. For those who want to guarantee a prime spot right up front, a limited number of reserved seats are available for just $25—first come, first served, and they won’t last long.

Come early, stay late, and join us at the Showplex stage for what promises to be one of the most entertaining evenings of the year. Kevin Smith after hours? Yeah… you’re gonna want to be there.
