@agoda needs to take responsibility and fix their misleading cashback policies. Customers deserve honesty and fairness.

I’ve seen others complain about similar issues with Agoda. Has anyone else experienced this? It’s really disappointing to see a big company treat their customers this way.
This is a warning to any1 considering booking w/ this one. they might not be as transparent as they seem.
