@motherlyqueer @marthasa1 I use part of an old baking stone in the oven and then melted off the clear waxy bits. It was super fast. Just don't use sometthing you cook food on. Even with a few sheets of paper the wax will soak through. You could even use an old paving stone.
I saved some @Chobani cups to dye Easter eggs in. I now have a dozen of them and all 3 kids play with them more than their toys. I'm never buying toys again.

There's this perfect window of toddlerhood where they're helpful and love getting things for you and aren't super sassy yet and it's just so lovely and I want to enjoy it forev-
Wait. No. It passed. She's a raging two year old.
@motherlyqueer For real! If you break the gendered color code people get mad! I had my girl in blue with a floral heart on the front and some stranger told me I shouldn't dress my little girl as a boy 😖jokes on them. I have bg twins now and they wear each others clothes
Twin A likes to steal toys from Twin B. I tried to stop intervening so they can work it out, after all, I can't just monitor toys all day.
Twin B now shrieks until Twin A chucks the toy back at him.

@dad_on_my_feet If he is willing, teach him to crochet. Amazing for lots of mental health Dx. I would teach it all the time when I worked in youth psych inpatient. Best for beginners is a giant granny square. No long starting chain and it is harder to add/miss stitches.
