The Pi Core Team controls more than 10,000 accounts, and hundreds of these accounts have transferred their entire Pi balances to cryptocurrency exchanges over recent months.

In the image, you can see that wallet GAOD…55VT created account GCOG…I46N approximately five years ago. More recently, wallet GCOG…I46N transferred its full balance of 2 million Pi to wallet GC6S…Y3HP. That wallet then moved the entire 2 million Pi to a Muxed deposit address associated with the Gate exchange (GBC6…2RINW).

This is only one example among thousands of accounts that appear to have been quietly moving Pi to exchanges for selling purposes. As a consequence, many investors may be suffering losses due to heavy sell pressure and possible market manipulation originating from wallets connected to the project itself.

For this reason, we are speaking out and sharing these blockchain findings so that investors can better understand the risks and make informed decisions when trading Pi.
