اهل المنطقة ادرى بأولوية مشاكلها يعني مثلا بناء جسر مشاة ممكن يكون اهم ١٠٠ مرة من بناء أو صيانة مركز ثقافي.
المجلس يقترح وينسق ويراقب
هي الناس بتعرف شو عم يصير وشو بدو يصير وليش.
