@AbukAdobels @RappyBurst I had that happen to me when I was attempting to connect to the service desk through Steam authentication after having previously submitted tickets through Xbox authentication. Logging back in via Xbox fixed it for me.

Sometimes it's a matter of using the correct dyes for a few more points. Usually it'll be 1 or 2 pieces of gear plus dye. Some room to pick and choose.
