Ukrainian attack drones hit Russia's Sasta machine-tool plant tonight, colocated with a major datacenter belonging to the Russian internet giant Yandex.
Multiple explosions and a large fire were reported at the complex in Ryazan Oblast.
Update: Bilink is back.
Its routes returned around 00:20 Kyiv time, but only about a quarter of the network answered until morning. It was back to normal at about 08:10, nearly 10 hours after it went dark.
Bilink (AS48683), an ISP in Ukraine, vanished from the internet at 22:21 Kyiv time: all 192 of its routes withdrawn within 10 minutes.
Routes came back two hours later, but most of the network still isn't answering: ~25% of normal at 02:15.

That's the 17th morning cut we've seen since 26 Aug. The exam round runs to 10 Oct.

Update: Donbass Electronic Communications (AS20590), the largest network in this drop, came back at 22:30 local (19:30 UTC), after about 23 hours dark.
The Donetsk region as a whole is at roughly 80% of its usual level.
Internet in Ukraine's Donetsk region dropped ~80% at 23:05 local time (20:05 UTC) and is still down 2 hours later.
About ten local networks went dark within ten minutes, among them Donbass Electronic Communications (AS20590). Routes stayed up.

Update: Econet Telecom Lesotho came back at 10:04 local (08:04 UTC), after about 3 hours dark. Most of its addresses are answering again.
No word yet from Econet on the cause.
Econet Telecom Lesotho (AS33567), one of Lesotho's two main operators, went dark at 07:05 local (05:05 UTC). None of the ~5,000 addresses we normally see answering respond. Lesotho as a whole dropped ~85%.
Still down 30+ min later.
