@_ZachShaw Corporate America is only loyal to you as long as you’re producing for them. The second you have a bad year or two, loyalty isn’t on their mind. You have to think the same way. Take care of yourself and family, don’t be concerned what your old boss thinks. Keep moving forward.
@_ZachShaw Aside from a not being a good fit anymore, bosses and workers go to another company b/c they get paid more. That’s why you see people company hopping every couple of years. You kinda have to look out for yourself these days.
