@NrinderWard3 They haven’t been hiding as they’ve been training at lifesaver park…I’d suggest the masks are more for perceived intimidation (masks keep lots of people safe, making discourse about masks being the problem jeopardizes this)

@JohnPaulDanko @HamiltonPolice You do realize they were on site, didn’t stop the violence, didn’t catch the guy (bystanders did). Police don’t stop or reduce crime or violence, this is clear evidence. Stop defending their budget every chance you get

@cityofhamilton When I called today to check in why neither of the city designated priority sidewalks I had to pass had been clear, the city told me they had until 7pm tonight because the snow event ended yesterday at 7pm. Nice that you can just keep moving the goal posts to fit your schedule

@ward1wilson disappointing to learn that you feel that peace is required in democracy. There is a right to protest. HWDSB faced interruptions from anti maskers&they drop their mask mandate. But when it’s against police, it’s bullying? the system is broken, using the system won’t bring change.

Hijacking a thread on lifesaving measures to complain about a lack of condolences for an unrelated matter really shows who’s lives you consider valuable. Do better.

@TonyYvce He might be ridiculous but he thought nothing of filming kids at drag Queen story time and posting them online to his equally angry/hateful community; so also a real concern to safety and security

@craig_burley Unfortunately this is incorrect. A number of them got into the room and filmed large portions until police finally got into the room. 4 stood outside the doors in the basement the full time spewing hate at staff and counters.
