@maddyvoldy Is the change in scope in NCC pkg1 for the entire scope as the progress is shockingly slow, I hope pkg 2 doesn't meet the same fate, should BMRCL have made sure that different contractors work on diff packages like 2A? Hope they learn from this for phase 3 and 3A.
