@FaberIndia very pathetic customer service.. very bad after sales support. After 4 months of complaining I got a replacement but a lower model which is not acceptable, still the dealer is asking for some amount. The new cooktop is not comparable with my existing cooktop.

@Xiaomi @XiaomiIndia product purchased on 24/08/2023, warranty ended on 07/09/2023 ?? Product was under warranty for 1 year from purchase date and panel warranty for 2 years. So as per my purchase record, led panel is still under warranty, but the service centre is denying.
