@UberEats Hello, I'm trying to report a very serious bug in your application that prevents people from placing an order, but there's no place in your app or on your website to report it. I can only alert you to a problem with a specific order. 🤔

In order to get around your bug and stay under the 500 peso limit, I had to place two separate orders from McDonald's this morning. That means I had to pay two separate DOP75 delivery fees and tip two separate drivers DOP100. I'd like a refund of the needless DOP175 I paid

To compound the problem, I found NO place in either your app or your website to submit a general support request. Sure, I can report a problem with a specific order, but can't submit a critical bug report like this? C'mon man!

The problem is this: I can't change the payment method until I'm at the checkout screen, and you have a popup that prevents me from getting to the checkout screen if I'm over a certain amount. The dev team put the logic in the wrong place in the code! Oops!

Now take a look at this other video I did. In this video, I add a single item to my cart (under the 500 peso limit) and go to checkout. *AFTER* I go to the checkout, *THAT* is the only place it's possible to change my payment method. Do you understand the problem?

Please have a look at this (I'm in the Dominican Republic). Notice that I'm trying to checkout and keep getting a message saying that with my chosen payment method, there's a limit of 500 Dominican Pesos. See that?

It seems to be the case that clumsy statewide efforts in some cases have been an obstacle to effective case investigation and contact tracing at the local level, where it could more easily be organized and managed successfully now as in the past.

In some states, we have been told by county health directors that the state has something planned, even though the county doesn't know what it is or when it is coming. Because there is a sense that the state is taking responsibility, the counties feel restricted from acting.
