@HMRCcustomers Thank you, Already done this. Apparently 20 days to get a response, by which time it will be too late for help. Can you suggest any other option for urgent look at our case?
@HMRCcustomers Please can you tell us what else can be done when there is now an 8–9 month wait for A1 forms per helpline staff & the online checker—with no way to escalate an urgent form once someone has moved overseas? These shocking delays are costly!
@KeeleyMP So great to see this raised however 10
months later we have been informed that the waiting times are still 7-9 months. For a basic form with a purpose to enable overseas lawful work it’s ironic that it cannot be processed in a time that is reflective of realistic visa times. Help
@wizzair how can it be that I have tried 3 different days to chat with a agent on the app who is never available then directed to the call centre which I cannot call then informed on the app there is no email contact? How can I rectify my problem? Help!
My dear friend Holly Turner is a brilliant NHS nurse / GMB rep and was on BBC Politics London this morning discussing the crisis in our ambulance service. She explains perfectly why NHS ambulance staff are considering strike action. We support them 100%! 👏@SocialistHB#SOSNHS
Today @theRCN ballot opens.

Over 46,000 vacancies. Our salaries have lost a THIRD of what they were in 2010.
We need to vote YES!
Was just chatting to an HCA and a ward sister about our bank holiday hourly rates today. The HCA is on £24 an hour. I’m on £13.80.
We’re mugs, aren’t we?
It was with utter dismay that we watched the #HealthAndCareBill pass last night with no further amendments; despite some concessions, ministers have ultimately failed to listen to frontline workers and more than 100 expert health and care organisations https://t.co/UjBxT2oUZN
“The nursing profession has evolved and continues to do so and the breadth and depth of the knowledge, training, experience, skills, responsibilities, effort, and working conditions required to fulfil a nursing role have changed." @RCNLondon@NurseSayNO
'We feel absolutely gutted by the fact that the NHS isn't being backed.'
Deputy Charge Nurse Dave Carr tells @kategarraway and @richardm56 that it's about 'investing in the NHS'.
He warns there's an 'existential threat to their ability to deliver core services.'
