@citizenyao I guess the reason is that Goldkeys has a mix of properties. So they are selectively bringing to market the ones which have been stabilised and are cash flowing. If you look at the prospectus, the plan is to inject other properties into the reit over time.

@citizenyao Also they are not necessarily disposing it off. They are contributing the buildings to the reit in exchange for reit units. The money raised from the issuance of the units will purchase 40% of those units which can be likened to owning 40% of the underlying assets of the reit.
