@Qantas Bit of feedback for the DM staff in the sheltered workshop - "offering" me a refund doesn't address above and refunding me isn't negotiable for you once you've downgraded me....Really happy with the service otherwise hopefully next time you just put me on the spirit of Tasmania
@Qantas why'd you downgrade me from business to economy only to then offer me to bid for an upgrade? I mean I know the answer is you can charge some other nuffy $900 one way melb to Hobart, but why is this an acceptable way to treat your customers? Samu in customer service agrees
@OptusSport Watching a white screen instead of the game, why won't it load on the TV? Internet is fine, any other streaming service currently works and my Optus sports works on the phone
