@melodyf88001201 @screenwithenvy I wouldn't hold your breath. There are hundreds of people in the same boat as you. Raise a charge back claim and find your screen elsewhere would be my reccomendation. That's what we did.

We managed to get our money back thankfully. when the groups were up, I joined and encouraged everyone to pursue a charge back/small claims but they keep getting taken down too. I dread to think how many other companies are getting to scam people like this.

Over a year of battling with @BongosBingo for my money it took £35 to open a small claims case online. Settled within 24 hours, payment (Inc £35) sent today. Shouldn't have come to that at all but advise everyone in the same boat to do it. #bongosbingo #tradingstandards
