We’re in the final stages of our project for @stout_roofing_ in Fort Pierce Industrial Park!
This 27,696 SF, two story facility is coming together with a mix of office space, fabrication, storage, and warehouse areas.
The structure is concrete tilt up with masonry and steel stud framing for the interior walls.
Our team is currently working on interior finishes, with flooring and paint nearly complete. The building sign was installed today, and paving is just around the corner.
Happy Women in Construction Week! 👷♀️
We’re proud to recognize the women of Watts and the many ways they help build our projects and strengthen our team, both in the field and in the office. Thank you for all that you do.

Being part of the ongoing Black Desert development makes it even more special to see this destination come to life. Congratulations to all the organizers, volunteers, and players who made this year’s tournament such a success!

We were excited to return as the Course Map Sponsor for the Bank of Utah Championship at Black Desert this year! It’s always an honor to support an event that brings our community together, celebrates athletic excellence, and showcases the beauty of Southern Utah.
Last week, we broke ground on a new Big O Tires on Riverside Drive! The two-story, 20,148-sq-ft facility will feature 16 service bays, tire storage, offices, and a pit. We’re proud to support Big O Tires’ growth with their new flagship store in Southern Utah.
Recently, we had the privilege of showing our new friend Bronx the progress at our St. George Fire Station #1 project! We noticed Bronx’s interest as he would take time to watch the construction almost every day.
We then got a fun visit from the St. George Fire Department, where we got to learn about their fire engine and all of the tools they use to keep us safe.
We had a great time sharing our love of construction with Bronx, and hope to see him working on our job site one day!
The new building will be 11,514 SF across 2 floors with a walkout basement. The Watts offices will be on the top floor, while the second floor will be available for lease.
We are grateful we live in such a supportive community and are excited about our growth and our new home!
Doug spoke about the history of Watts Construction and said, “With this new building Chris (CEO) and Annie (CFO) now have a home to house more employees than the prior two generations ever had. Today this would not be happening without them.”
We were pleased to hear from Doug Watts, former CEO of Watts Construction, Jeff Mathis, Owner of MRW Design, Dannielle Larkin, St. George City Council Member, emceed by Annie Howell, CFO and co owner of Watts Construction.
On Monday we were thrilled to have our official #groundbreaking for our new Watts Construction Office Building! 🎉 Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this momentous occasion as we turned the dirt for our new headquarters.
At @UtahTech_Sports' opening basketball games, we launched our “Tools for Schools” campaign, pledging $1 for every seat filled to support local schools. Thanks to your amazing participation, we’re proud to have donated $2,500 to the Construction Program at Career Tech High.
