A Zwick project, the @Home Best Western Hotel features 92 suites, complete with a microwave, dishwasher, hot plate, and full-size fridge, a hot tub and pool, laundry room, and spacious lobby. The project team officially welcomed the first guests in April of this year.

Yesterday, Zwick was awarded two significant safety recognitions. First, the AGC-Utah awarded us the “diamond” award with 5 stars for outstanding safety performance in 2025. Second, the AGC-America also awarded Zwick a certificate of commendation for our excellent safety record.
When SUU set out to expand its business building, the goal was to connect their rich history and the future. That vision came to life through the Business Building-West and a skybridge. Zwick was selected to build this project, and the team celebrated its completion in April.
Congratulations to Best Western St. George team on receiving the 2025 Safe Project of the Year Award! This is a major accomplishment that requires consistent dedication to enforcing and maintaining safe practices on a jobsite.

The Yorba Linda California Temple is now open to the public for tours before its dedication in June. The 30,000-square-foot temple hints at the region’s historic Spanish Mission architecture. This will be the second house of the Lord in Orange County, California, joining the Newport Beach California Temple.
A group of high school seniors in Woods Cross, Utah recently put together a “For the Strength of Seniors” conference for senior citizens in their area. The conference was modeled after “For the Strength of Youth” conferences, with lessons, games, a variety show and even a dance

This April, Zwick gathered for our 2026 annual corporate meeting. During the event, we discussed our 2035 vision, learned about current and completed projects, celebrated accomplishments, and had some fun together. We also recognized the recipient of the 2025 Core Value Award.
Earlier this month, The Courtney Shop was highlighted in @UtahStyleDesign Magazine. Founder Courtney Zwick has long worn her own modest, thoughtfully-tailored designs. After years of custom gown requests, she opened The Courtney Shop to share her elegant, European-inspired style.

Today our teams and office staff participated in The Great Utah ShakeOut earthquake drill. Our Director of HSE trained our people on the best practices during an earthquake or other type of disaster.
The Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and School addition aimed to expand the existing K-8 school by increasing the number of classrooms and remodeling the administrative spaces. The 14,000 SF addition features over a dozen classrooms with a tie-in on both levels of the building.
In late March, several of our St. George team members attended Utah Tech’s Fire and Ice Gala, a fundraiser that supports student scholarships. This year’s event set a new record for funds raised—congratulations to the University!

The Foothill Village Redevelopment project included remodeling the facades of each store at the mall. Additionally, the showpiece of the project was redeveloping a former Steinmart store into an open-air shopping center, complete with more stores and a plaza.

Members of the public are invited to tour the sacred edifice from Thursday, March 12, through Saturday, April 11 — excluding Sundays and Saturday, April 4, for general conference. (Reservations are not necessary to attend the open house.) As the open-house phase begins, interior and exterior photographs of the Lindon temple were published.
On Sunday, May 3, this house of the Lord will become Utah’s 25th temple and the Church’s 216th in operation. It will be dedicated the same day as the Davao Philippines Temple.

We’re honored to have taken part in Utah Tech University’s groundbreaking ceremony for the McDonald Building remodel and expansion project yesterday. We’re excited to be back on campus for this important addition to the @utahtechu College of Arts.
