What is the official breakfast in the field? Turns out it’s caffeine and pure determination. Not exactly what nutritionists recommend… but it seems to be working for the Wads Squad!

Project Update: Gypsum WWTP
Gypsum reached a major milestone with the completion of the Headworks building.
Crews placed more than 1,300 cubic yards of concrete to build the foundation, walls, and roof of the structure.
Next up is upgrades to the existing treatment plant.
Safety starts as soon as our boots hit ground. That’s why we start each and every day with a quick safety meeting and a stretch and flex. Our goal is to get everyone home safe to their loved ones every single day.
It takes G.U.T.S. to be safe!
#ConstructionSafetyWeek
Today marks the start of Construction Safety Week, an initiative we don’t take lightly.
This year our theme is G.U.T.S. - Get Us There Safely.
Having G.U.T.S. means speaking up, looking out for each other, and stopping work when something isn’t right.
Do you have them?
What does it take to be a leader in construction?
For Emigdio, it’s pride in the work, attention to detail, and showing up with energy every day.
We’re not just building structures: we’re building them with purpose.

After three seasons of work, demolition of the original Yellowstone River Bridge is underway!
Built in 1961, the old crossing has carried millions into the park. Now, 175 feet above the river, the new bridge stands ready to carry that legacy forward for generations to come.
Last week our leadership team presented our safety culture at the AGC Safety Excellence Awards. We earned 1st place in the Highway and Transportation, Over 1 Million category. It takes G.U.T.S. to do the safe thing and get everyone home safe.
