@VW In addition to this near side rear shock absorber has failed and has to be replaced. This is being done under warranty on Friday next week at Port Talbot Sinclair VW. The car is 12 months old. Awful service #volkswagen

Absolutely diabolical service/situation @VW I purchased a brand new Golf in April last year and air conditioning has stopped working. Sinclair Volkswagen are refusing to fix it as they say a stone has damaged it and not covered by warranty. Quoted is £1179 to fix! Crazy unfair...
