@WalmartCanada Why does Store 3195 in Richmond Hill have all the self checkouts closed at 8:40PM on a weekday. Manager said it’s a store decision to close the self checkouts after 16 hours? Computers don’t need breaks - why are they closed? Human cashiers are so slow.

Having trouble getting an ARO fee refunded. UPS lost the original RMA, but @Seagate keeps the RMA open and has now charged a hefty ARO fee. I already replaced the drive with another RMA.

@OtterBox The iPhone 15 Pro Defender XT case is a complete letdown. Great protection, but terrible build quality. I’ve had two warranty replacements—first, the charge port cover broke, then the MagSafe magnet adhesive failed. For the iPhone 16, I gave up and switched to Spigen.

@RogersHelps Rogers should clarify the trade in policy and put in exemptions - it's really disappointing to line up, wait to do the trade in, trade in the device, only to have the corporate store want to back out of the deal.
