i’m saying this as someone who actually writes.

do you know how long it takes to come up with a story from scratch? mag-isip ng plot, creating characters that feels real to the core, outlining the flow ng story para may sense, rewriting the scenes over and over again and making sure that the narrations and dialogues will keep the readers hooked up instead of getting bored? hindi madali. SOBRANG HIRAP sa totoo lang. it’s a skill that takes years to develop.

that’s why i’m so frustrated and i feel insulted to see people, or let’s say “writers” in different platform na most of their work was generated by ai. one prompt then boom, may character na, storyline, dialogues, narrations, and worse— cover art. isn’t that too insulting for those writers who spent HOURS to finish one panel of narration? spending days or even weeks na nakatulala lang tapos iniisip kung ano kaya magandang kasunod kapag ganitong scene ilalagay ko?

if you GENUINELY want to write, then write. use your imagination. use your creativity. and if gumagamit kayo ng putanginang ai na ‘yan just because you want to write but doesn’t have the skill to do so, STUDY!!! learn how to build an outline, develop characters and many more.

at isa pa, can we stop relying on ai-generated photos just to force a scene into existence? part ng storytelling ang paggamit ng salita for the readers to imagine what you want to comprehend. walang shortcut ang creativity. it's supposed to come from your mind, your experiences, your imagination.

your writing will reflect on how you see the world. we can see you through your words. at kung puro ai ka lang, then where are you in that story? where can we see you? because at that point, you're not sharing your imagination with readers, you're sharing a machine's.

People loveee saying that fans “pressured” TW into being together when it’s so obvious you guys aren’t even fans of Wave 😭 Does he look like someone who’s being forced? If that company only followed what fans wanted instead of considering what the artists themselves want, there would be so many cps that would still be together despite not working out. Although that company is shitty as fuck in a lot of ways, let’s not start making up claims that they simply force partners onto each other just because fans ask for it. Let’s be so serious for a second.

And I’m saying this now because I’ve already seen someone start pushing the same narrative about TH, and I’d rather address it before more people start running with it. The ship literally started for fun 😭 People noticed that they have similar vibes and aesthetics, personalities that seem to match well, similar hobbies and interests. We saw chemistry and thought, oh, this would be fun to ship. That’s literally it lol we didn’t even think other people would join us with the ship lol.

It started blowing up, more people started finding out about it, and suddenly we’re apparently “forcing them to be together” or pressuring the orange company to make them official? where the fuck did you even get that from? 😭 I am genuinely so confused. Nothing has even happened yet😭 There is no official pairing and no situation where fans have actually forced either Ton or Hugh into anything. You cannot take a ghost ship that was created for fun and suddenly turn it into some imaginary campaign to dictate their careers and who they should be paired with.

If people actually start crossing boundaries or genuinely pressuring T, H, or DMD to make them official in the future, then by all means, criticize that behavior when it actually happens. But don’t take something you have assumed might happen and treat it as if it’s already what the fandom is doing. Shipping two people for fun does not automatically mean we’re demanding that they become an official pairing. It’s called a ghost ship for a reason.

You’re allowed to not like the ship. You’re allowed to not see the chemistry. But don’t overanalyze a bunch of people having fun and then act like your assumptions are facts. Please criticize actual behavior, not an entire scenario you made up in your head. Touch some grass.
